Cascade boilers

CC “Agroresurs” proposes a new series of gas-fired boilers of type “Rivneterm-X, X2, X4” with capacity from 64 to 96 kW.

The boilers of this series are provided with two-stage automatic capacity control depending on heating system requirements and they are intended for operation in the heating systems with forced circulation of heat-transfer medium, provided with thermostatic valves.

The distinctive features of the boilers of “Rivneterm-X” type are:

• Guaranteed longevity thanks to high quality materials use: heat exchanger made of steel 3 mm thick,
• Even heat exchanger heating and rapid heating system heating, absence of thermal stresses;
• Minimal ejection of harmful substances thanks to complete gas combustion;
• It is possible to adjust the boiler to rated capacity when the gas pressure is more than 1300 Pa;
• Safe operation thanks to automation of all control processes;
• Possibility of operation mode setting by external temperature regulator, including weather one;
• Practically noiseless operation and absence of vibration thanks to presence of low-pressure burner and smooth boiler actuation;

The boilers of modification X2 are equipped with controller of group “Smile” made by the firm “Honeywell”. The presence of such controller considerably expands the possibilities of control as of the boiler itself, so all heating system: weather-depending boiler water temperature control, creation of separate heating mats with mixing, control by room temperature sensors, control of boiler and bypass pumps and drives of mixing valves.

Boilers of modification X4 are equipped by weather-depending temperature regulator W6060C1026 made by the firm “Honeywell”. The boiler of such a type can work as separate furnace and as a part of cascade; and also it can control both a heating circuit and a hot water supply circuit. The boiler of type X4 independently changes the leading boiler in the cascade each day, what provides even boilers wear.

Cascade boiler rooms with the boilers of type “Rivneterm-X” provide:

• 15 heating circuits and 5 hot water supply circuits;
