Boilers cast-iron

The floor-type boilers of the series “Danko” with cast-iron heat exchanger made by VIADRUS and open combustion chamber are represented in single-functional execution. They make up the following series according to the capacity: 16, 25, 33, 41 and 50 kW with operating pressure of a heat-transfer agent up to 0,2 mPa and maximum temperature of water at the outlet from the boiler – up to 900 C.

Heat exchangers Viadrus have an original design with a large area of heat transfer surface. They are made of quality gray cast iron which provides high antirust characteristics, convective heat transfer, expansion coefficient of such a type of cast iron has low parameters. Operation period of cast iron heat exchangers Viadrus is 25 years and more.

There are produced boilers of two types: series ЛК with automatic devices “Kare” – made in Poland, series ЛX with automatic devices “Honeywell” (the USA). Automatic devices are independent from power supply. They serve for gas feed to the flame igniter and principal burners, regulation of temperature of water in the boiler and automatic cut of gas feed in the case of flame igniter failure, decrease of gas pressure in the system to the minimum allowed level and cessation of gas feed, absence of draft in the chimney.

High efficiency coefficient – 91 % and a possibility to use a programming device guarantees economical boilers operation. Such boilers are aimed at operating in open and close systems of hot water heating with natural and induced heat transfer agent circulation. They are perfectly suitable for heat supply of individual dwellings, cottages, small hotels and other premises.

To reduce the losses of thermal energy into the environment and energy saving improvement of heating devices “Agroresurs” uses highly efficient heat-resistant dense thermal insulation of high quality ISOVER of French production. Not only the upper part of the heat exchanger but front, rear and side walls and gas tube are insulated. The thickness of insulation layer is 50 mm.
