Solid fuel-fired boiler

Boilers of «Danko-ТЛ» series with a cast iron heat exchanger work on various kinds of fuel: coal, coke, wood, anthracite. There is a possibility to use liquid and gas fuel. The above boilers are intended for heating private individual houses and municipal premises of the total area of heating up to 450 sq.m. where there is no possibility of connection to a gas supply system.

Heat an exchanger of a boiler consists of a lobby, back and averages (from one up to six pieces - depending on capacity of a boiler) cast pig-iron parts. Use high-quality pig-iron heat exchanger from world famous firms Fonderie Sime (Italy) provides the big term of operation of a boiler - not less than 25 years.

Three doors are attached to forward section of heat exchanger: top - for loading fuel, averages - doors of the chamber of combustion and the bottom doors of chamber for ashes. On the bottom doors fastens shutter for regulation of quantity of secondary air which moves in the chamber of combustion. On back section it is fixed a flue with shyber by means of which draft in a boiler is adjusted. Except for that in a design of section expected 3 carving taps: for an input and an output of the heat-carrier and drain.

The temperature of the heat-carrier in a boiler is adjusted by change of a corner of opening (closing) shyber on a smoke tap and air shutter of door of chamber for ashes. The temperature of the heat-carrier in a boiler needs to be supported depending on temperature in premise, that is heated. For this purpose it is necessary to change a corner of opening shyber and air shutter. The bottom part of a package parts of heat exchanger created the volumetric cindery chamber in which there is a box for ashes.

It is impossible to suppose the big accumulation of ashes in chamber for ashes, it is necessary to spend its cleaning twice to day. On bottom heat exchanger pipes of each section there are the grid-irons made of inflow, which at collecting of parts in a package created completely cooled grid-iron lattice.

Heat exchanger it is externally covered by a thick sphere of heat isolation manufactures of firm Isover and it is sheathed steel punching by a casing. On the forward panel of a casing the thermometer for tracking temperature of the heat-carrier on an output from a boiler is placed. High-quality powder painting of a decorative casing by heat-resistant protective enamel of yellow color in contrast with black color of a door gives to a boiler elegant appearance.
