Wall boilers

The boilers series “Danko-23 BKE”, “Danko-27 BKE”, “Danko-23 ЗКE” and “Danko-27 ЗКE” with the capacity of 23 and 27 kW are modern double-pressure wall type heating devices with open and close combustion chamber.

The heating devices are equipped with two traditional heat exchangers:

• main (primary) copper heat exchanger (“gas-water”) by Giannoni for heating heat transfer agent (water) of heating system;
• secondary high-speed plate heat exchanger (“water-water”) by ZILMET made of stainless steel for hot water supply (HWS).

This range of boilers belongs to power saving highly technological series. They are characterized by modern design, compact parameters, small weight and wide functional possibilities which provides comfortable heat and hot water supply to the houses. An important feature of the above boilers is steady operation capacity under reduced to 2 mBar gas pressure at the feed outlet of the burner during its operation which is very important under the present day conditions. Boilers are equipped with multifunctional electronic plate by Honeywell which provides electronic ignition, ionic control and flame modulation independent from heating and HWS regulation, diagnosis and autotesting of failures and defects.

The electronic program of the boilers provides the function of protection against freezing and function of circulating pump antiblocking. Gas burner by Worgas functions on modulated flame in the range of 30-100 % of the boiler capacity which provides more rational heating mode of the heating system. In the hot water supply mode it keeps designed temperature of hot water within 2-11,1 l/min with the difference of inlet and outlet temperatures of water 30 °C. all the accessories and technical characteristics of the boilers “Danko-23 BKE”, “Danko-27 BKE”, “Danko-23 ЗКE” and “Danko-27 ЗКE” are analogous to the best boilers of the same class manufactured abroad.
